Can I retain ownership of my firearm while storing with you?

Yes, if you are legally permitted to own your firearms, you retain ownership of your firearms while they store with us.

Can I check my guns out just for a few hours to go to the range?

Yes. Your guns belong to you, and we can arrange to let you in by appointment any time you want them, and return them when you’re done.

What if I'm temporarily prohibited from possessing my firearms?

If you are subject to an Emergency Protection Order (ERPO, or “Red Flag), or a Domestic Violence charge, we offer cooperative non-custodial firearms storage agreements. This allows you to voluntarily store your firearms securely under the agreement with the court that you will not have access to the firearms until approved by the court. If the police seize your firearms you can have your attorney petition the prosecutor’s office to have your firearms released to us. Should you ultimately have your rights terminated, we will assist you by either transferring your firearms to another legal owner if you wish, or helping to liquidate your collection to ensure that you don’t lose your investment entirely.

How can you help with estate firearms and collections?

We can pick up and securely store estate firearms during the probate period, and then assist with disposition of the estate according to the deceased’s wishes. This can include help distributing the firearms to the named heirs, or help liquidating the estate, according to the terms of the will and the desires of the heirs.

Will you pick up my firearms?

Is there a limit on the number of firearms I can store with you?

No, there is no set limit on the number of firearms you can store with us. We accommodate everything from a single firearm to extensive collections. Our facility is equipped to securely store handguns, rifles, shotguns, and even specialized firearms. Please contact us to discuss your specific storage needs and arrangements.
